• Remove your hard drive and make a copy of all the data.
• Scan the hard drive for viruses and spyware and remove any found.
• Clean up all of the temporary files that accumulate on your computer.
• Optimize the start up process so your computer is ready for you to use quicker.
• Install any needed Windows updates.
• Defragment the hard drive to make if run faster.

Hard Drive Replacement

Sometimes you hard drive just wears out. This can cause the computer to run very slow as it's having trouble reading the bad parts of the drive, or sometimes your computer won't boot up at all. Digital Computer Services can replace your hard drive. If the drive is not completely bad we can also transfer all of your old data to the new drive.

Add RAM Memory

Sometimes your computer is slow because you don't have enough RAM memory. We can add RAM to your computer. A general guideline is that Windows XP computers need at lease 512mb. Windows Vista and Windows 7 computers need 2gb.
